    Base body constructed of 14-gauge A-40 galvanneal steel

  2. Body Fender

    Body fender panels constructed of with 16-gauge A-40 galvanneal steel and are bolt-on so they can be easily swapped or replaced

  3. Compartment Doors

    Compartment doors are constructed of two 20-gauge panels of A-40 galvanneal steel with 16-gauge hat-channel stiffeners in between for added strength and rigidity

    Stainless-steel bolt-on latches feature keyed-alike lock cylinders with double-bitted keys for long-life, convenience and enhanced security

    Fully concealed bolt-on door hinges are constructed of heavy powder coated steel with a stainless-steel pin for security, strength and ease of maintenance/repair

    Adjustable compartment shelving is constructed of 14-gauge high-spangle galvanneal steel supporting up to 250 lbs. and feature moveable metal dividers

STANDARD CONSTRUCTION:

  • An overall 40 ga. galvanneal construction – Two-sided zinc coated galvanneal (40 oz. zinc coating per square foot of steel) provides maximum rust and corrosion resistance.
  • Body Sides are constructed using plated lock-bolt fasteners to eliminate rust-causing elements,
    and promote a corrosion-free, long-lasting product.
  • Floor understructure, rigidly welded for structural integrity and durability. Mounting point’s re-enforced w/U-channel
